Updated Benefit Guides are available immediately before GIC’s Annual Enrollment, at the beginning of April every year. These guides provide important benefit information for the upcoming benefits year (July 1 – June 30 of each year), including health insurance plan comparisons, rates, copays, important reminders, and more.
Please carefully review the GIC Benefit Guides as well as detailed benefits information on each insurance carrier's website to assist you in making informed decisions about your coverage during Annual Enrollment or within 60 days of experiencing a qualifying event.
Annual Enrollment Note
After evaluating your benefit options, if you do not want to select a different health plan during Annual Enrollment, no further action is needed. However, if you want to select a different plan, be sure to submit your changes to the GIC no later than the last day of Annual Enrollment.
