Charts 1-5 reflect the estimated, maximum annual distributions to participating municipalities, by Settlement, for each of the proposed Settlements with Walmart, Teva, Allergan, CVS, and Walgreens:

- Walgreens (Chart 5).
* Please note that the totals for Teva (Chart 2) and Allergan (Chart 3) have been updated to reflect settlement implementation costs (updated September 29, 2023).
Charts 6 reflects the estimated, maximum annual distributions to participating municipalities for the J&J Settlement. Chart 6 has been revised to reflect the acceleration to 2022 of J&J payments due in 2023-2025.
Chart 7 reflects the estimated, maximum annual distributions to participating municipalities for the Distributor Settlement. Chart 7 has been revised to reflect the prepayment in 2024 of a portion of the Distributor payments due in 2027.
Chart 8 represents the actual payments to municipalities as of September 15, 2023.
