Please note: MassDEP’s SRF Program has transitioned to online submittals for both Project Evaluation Forms (PEFs) and Project Financial Assistance Applications (PFAs) through the eSRF Portal link provided below.   Instructions and guidance for eSRF Portal, as well as for the respective project evaluation forms and project financial assistance applications for loans and grants, are listed below.
