Overview of Greater Lawrence Sanitary District Retirement System
GLSDERS is governed by a five member Board and is the pension system serving the Greater Lawrence Sanitary District, which provides water treatment for five communities: Lawrence, Andover, North Andover, Methuen and Salem, New Hampshire. The District’s purpose is to preserve and protect the Merrimack for enjoyment and use for both today and in the future. The Greater Lawrence Sanitary District Employees Retirement System has been organized for the employees of the Sanitary District to provide public pension benefits to all eligible employees.

Parking at Greater Lawrence Sanitary District Retirement System
Parking is available on-site at 240 Charles Street where the District and Retirement Office are located. There is no charge for parking and there is usually no issue for retirees in finding a parking space. Employees (members) have their own parking areas and are fully aware of the location of the Retirement Office located in the Administration Building.

The Retirement Office is located at the District itself, which is located at 240 Charles Street, North Andover in the Administration Building, Second Floor. The District is located not far from the North Andover Town Hall and the downtown business area. Once visitors are within the Administration Building, a receptionist is available to direct members and other visitors to the Retirement Office. Directions to GLSD are available on their website.
