MCAD Complaints of Discrimination

If you believe you experienced unfair treatment based on your membership in a protected class, you may file a complaint of discrimination with the MCAD.

The MCAD enforces Massachusetts anti-discrimination laws by investigating complaints that allege discrimination in employment, housing, public accommodations, higher education admissions, credit, and lending as a neutral entity. If it is found that discrimination has likely occurred, the MCAD prosecutes and adjudicates such cases.
