2018 Annual Statement of Earned Income
Please be advised that the recently mailed 2018 Annual Statement of Earned Income contained an error. Question #1 asks if you filed a 2017 Federal Income Tax Return, however, it should read 2018 Federal Income Tax Return. Please submit the required pages of your 2018 Federal Income Tax Return with the 2018 Annual Statement of Earned Income to PERAC by April 15, 2019.
