The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Group Insurance Commission (GIC) has posted a combined Request for Responses (RFR) for procuring health plans to administer medical and behavioral health benefits.
It is seeking bidders with substantial experience in the management and provision of large-scale medical insurance plans and behavioral health administration, including proven clinical, financial, and operational capabilities.
Bidders must be able to provide self-insured contract administration. This bid will include carve-in behavioral health administration.
