News  Listening Session on the 30% Rule

As part of its comprehensive review of the regulations as part of the process of promulgating a new edition of 521 CMR, the Architectural Access Board's Subcommittee on Regulation will be holding a listening session on 521 CMR 3.3.2, colloquially known as the 30% rule.

This will be the primary contents of the Subcommittee's January 22, 2025 meeting, which is expected to run from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  Interested individuals are welcome to participate via Microsoft Teams or submit written comments to william.joyce@mass.gov & molly.griffin@mass.gov prior to the start of the meeting.  Links are available at the event page linked in the sidebar.
