Effective December 30, 2016, the Division of Professional Licensure (DPL) has issued new regulations for licensed private occupational schools; as such, the previous regulations at 603 CMR 3.00 are no longer in effect. Over the next few months, DPL will be updating this site with FAQs, updated forms, and information about upcoming conference calls regarding the new regulations. In the meantime, the new regulations can be accessed via “Statutes and Regulations” on the left side of the page.

Please see below for a link to the “Ethics Training for Sales Representatives, Admissions Representatives, and Administrators of Licensed Private Occupational Schools” (Ethics Training). All sales representatives must submit evidence of having completed the Ethics Training at initial licensure and at each renewal. In addition, at each renewal licensed private occupational schools must submit evidence that their admissions representatives and administrators have completed the Ethics Training. Evidence of completion consists of reading the Ethics Training slides and then signing the last page and forwarding that page to DPL.
