News  OIG Issues April 2018 Procurement Bulletin

The Office of the Inspector General April 2018 Procurement Bulletin includes articles on using competitive procedures, written procurement policies, a public transfer station management contract and leasing space for an ATM.

The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) issued the Procurement Bulletin, April 2018, Vol. 24, #2 (PDF). The Bulletin includes articles on:

  • Using competitive procedures for exempt supplies and services
  • Creating a written procurement policy
  • Public transfer station management service agreements

In addition, the Bulletin includes information on additional Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO) program recertification classes.
