  • Architectural Access Board

In order to move forward with the promulgation process for an updated edition of 521 CMR, the AAB’s Subcommittee on Regulation is looking for additional members.  The Subcommittee is planned to meet remotely approximately once a month with each meeting lasting several hours in order to review the proposed new edition of 521 CMR, address comments that were received in the Board’s previous round of public comments, and make any other changes deemed necessary before the proposed regulations are submitted to the Board for their approval so that the Board can pursue promulgation.

Anyone who is interested can send a letter of interest and a resume to the Board’s Executive Director, William Joyce at william.joyce@mass.gov.  Final selection of members will be made by the Board.
