News  Work Without Limits Virtual Career Fair for Individuals with Disabilities March 7th

Work Without Limits is a network of employers, educational institutions, employment service providers, state and federal agencies, individuals with disabilities, and their family members. Through collaboration and partnership, our goal is to increase the employment of people with disabilities until it is equal to those without disabilities. Work Without Limits programs and services are geared to meet the needs of employers that actively recruit people with disabilities as employees and in their supply chains, individuals with disabilities who are seeking jobs, and the employment service providers that serve them.

Employers

REGISTER TO RECRUIT

The deadline to register is 2/24/23.

Recruiting Organizations will receive:

• Live prep webinar for recruiters on 2/23/23, 3:00-4:00 PM EST
• Live 1 hour virtual training for recruiters attending the Career Fair on 2/28/23, 9-10 AM EST: Disability Etiquette
• Live 1 hour virtual training for recruiters attending the Career Fair on 3/2/23, 9-10 AM EST: Interviewing Candidates with Disabilities
• Virtual recruitment space with option of multiple breakout rooms
• Access to qualified candidates with disabilities sourced from over 100 organizations including colleges and universities, and public and private vocational rehabilitation agencies
• Pre- and post-event access to candidate resumes

The cost to recruit at the career fair is $600 for Work Without Limits Business Network members and $1,200 for non-Business Network organizations.

Job Candidates

Job Candidates will:

• Network with leading disability-inclusive employers from Work Without Limits Business Network and MORE!
• Learn about available internship and career opportunities!

• Access a Tip Guide to make the most of your job search
• Share your resume with employers pre-event

• After your register you will receive an email confirmation. Scroll down to "IMPORTANT NEXT STEPS". Click on the link to fill out your job seeker profile and upload your resume.
