Severino Luna, PE, MSc.
Engineer
Severino Luna is President of Soil X Corp. and Luna Engineering Inc. Both companies are MBE/DBE Certified, working in New England, and based in Leominster, MA. Since his graduation in Civil Engineering in 1992, Severino has been working in the geotechnical industry and has participated in a great variety of projects including tunneling, mining, dams, ports, highways, and bridges. He is a member of ASCE, ACEC and other professional associations. As Vice-President of the National Drilling Association – Northeast, Severino works to promote safety in drilling operations and improve social and minority integration within the industry.
Designer Selection Board
The Designer Selection Board (DSB) acts as the central administrative authority for the selection of firms to provide “design services” for State building projects throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
