In May 2017, Attorney General Maura Healey and the GE Foundation announced Project Here, an innovative $2 million collaboration, along with Health Resources in Action, Epicenter Experience, and the Herren Project. This first-of-its-kind initiative will make substance use prevention education available to every public middle school in Massachusetts. Through integrated in-classroom and mobile learning experiences, Project Here will educate students about the risks and consequences of using or experimenting with drugs, empower them to help others, and give them the tools they need to make healthy decisions.
