About Other Capital Projects

An overview

The portfolio of projects that are carried here include projects in office buildings and surplus properties managed by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), projects at the State House and properties under the Secretary of State.

Our strategy is to prioritize investment in life safety, health and safety and security issues through targeted repairs and renovations, while planning more comprehensively (master plans) for capital renewal over time to ensure the long term viability of the assets. Some investment is also needed to improve the functionality of the space and support the users in improved business process and increased space efficiency/utilization.
