After having been an Administrative Magistrate at the Division of Administrative Law Appeals from 2011 to 2019, Kenneth Bresler returned to DALA in March 2021. Before coming to DALA, the bulk of Bresler’s legal career was as a trial and appellate prosecutor at the state, federal, and international levels. He has authored and compiled several books and has written many articles. He has taught various graduate courses at local universities. He teaches legal writing at the Social Law Library.
