State Trade Expansion Program (STEP)
Through the Massachusetts State Trade Expansion Program (STEP), MOITI provides grants to eligible Massachusetts small businesses to market their goods and services abroad.
The STEP grant is a MOITI collaboration with U.S. Small Business Administration, Massachusetts Small Business Development Center Network and the Massachusetts Export Center.
Direct Route Development
This program increases direct flights between our state and other global centers. This will help activity for our key industry clusters.

This program promotes global business connections. It benefits Massachusetts alumni, businesses, and professionals with international connections.
Our state has the fourth most foreign students attending college in America. This creates an opportunity to foster a global network. It will allow Massachusetts professionals to do business around the world.
