Request for Grant Application (RGA) for SAFEPLAN services

The Massachusetts Office for Victim Assistance (MOVA) has released the FY2023 Request for Grant Applications (RGA) for SAFEPLAN services on January 4, 2022While all documents will be available on COMMBUYS and MOVA’s website, the application will be completed and submitted via eGrants.

This procurement is a funding renewal for currently funded SAFEPLAN host agencies only. The purpose of this procurement is to provide continued support to currently funded host agencies providing SAFEPLAN services. The contract duration will be for fiscal year 2023, July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.

Anticipated Timeline

January 4, 2022             Release of Request for Grant Applications on COMMBUYS and       

February 7, 2022            Deadline to submit written questions regarding RGA

Answers to question will be posted on on COMMBUYS and on or before February 9, 2022

February 15, 2022           Grant Submission Deadline 11:59 p.m. anticipated via MOVA's eGrants system

May 2022                          Pending Victim and Witness Assistance Board Meeting: Vote on  SAFEPLAN Awards

Mid May - June 2022       FY23 SAFEPLAN contracting process (via MOVA’s e-grants system) 

July 1, 2022                      Start date for FY23 SAFEPLAN grant

June 30, 2023                   End date for SAFEPLAN grant

Note:  Timeline is subject to change at the discretion of MOVA and/or the Victim and Witness Assistance Board.
