The Massachusetts Rural Transit Assistance Program (MArtap)

MArtap is a federally funded, state-administered program that offers training, education and technical assistance programs.

MArtap provides training and resources to rural transportation providers in Massachusetts, including public, private and non-profit agencies. Most programs are offered at no charge, based on availability of funding.

MArtap is a MassDOT program with collaboration from the Massachusetts Association of Regional Transit Authorities (MARTA) funded through the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), an agency of the U.S Department of Transportation.
