Do you want a copy of your COVID-19 vaccination record? In Massachusetts, there are many ways you can access this record. You can ask your healthcare provider. You can ask the location where you received your vaccine, such as your pharmacy. Or you can go to the My Vax Records online portal. Any of these options can show you your Massachusetts COVID-19 vaccination history. And the My Vax Records portal can provide you with a digital vaccine card, along with your vaccination history. You can use your digital vaccine card to show you have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
