    This document provides the criteria that must be met to obtain UIC Class V Well Registration approval from MassDEP. The criteria include minimum setback distances, depth requirements relative to seasonal high groundwater (water table) elevation, and laboratory analytical requirements. This guidance document is effective immediately. August 2011.
