State Owned Land Values

DLS calculates the values of certain state-owned land properties located within a community that, subject to appropriation, will be reimbursed by the Commonwealth. This report shows the values issued by the Division for those parcels that will be reimbursed.

Report displays the portion of the total assessed value that is exempt and the percentage the exempt value represents in the municipal assessed values as reported on the LA-4 form.

Equalized valuations (EQV) 1970 to present

Division of Local Services

This report shows historical trends in the EQVs which are an estimate of the full and fair cash value (FFCV) of all property in the state as of a certain taxable date. EQVs have historically been used as a variable in distributing some state aid accounts and in determining county assessments and other costs.
