Early Childhood Mental Health (ECMH) programs provide services to address and support the social-emotional development and behavioral health of children in early education and care programs.
The Department of Early Education and Care's (EEC) ECMH consultation network helps educators support the social-emotional development and behavioral health needs of young children in EEC-licensed or funded programs. ECMH consultants also connect programs and families to additional behavioral health services in the community.
