The Department of Early Education and Care's mission is to support the healthy growth and development of all children by providing high quality programs and resources for families and communities.

Applications Open for Capital Projects

EEC has opened $14.3 M in capital opportunities for early education and out-of-school time facilities that serve low-income families. Grants will provide $200,000 - $500,000 in funding per project. Application deadline is January 23.

The Administration also opened a Request for Information (RFI) that focuses on supporting family child care (FCC) programs through dedicated capital funding, improving equitable access to capital. The RFI closes December 15.
