Action Planning for Program Wellness

Learn how to improve staff social and emotional wellness. At the free February Leadership Convening with a focus on Action Planning for Social Wellness.

This convening provides early childhood leaders with the opportunity to consider steps towards improving social and emotional wellness amongst program staff. Action planning activities will promote leader reflection, connection, and strategic use of available resources.

Participants will be able to: 

• Better identify their own and their staff sources of stress;
• Identify ways available resources can be utilized to decrease stress in the program;
• Better understand the importance of relationship-building with their staff.
