Proposal:

The proposed project consists of pavement and sidewalk reconstruction, including full depth pavement reclamation, along Bridge Street from the Danvers town line to River Street, excluding the Hall Whitaker drawbridge. The signal at Bridge Street/Livingstone Avenue intersection will be removed, and new traffic signals will be installed at the intersection of Bridge Street with Kernwood Avenue and Kernwood Heights, and the intersection of Bridge Street with River Street.

A secure right-of-way is necessary for this project. Acquisitions in fee and permanent or temporary easements may be required. The City of Beverly is responsible for acquiring all needed rights in private or public lands. MassDOT’s policy concerning land acquisitions will be presented in the webinar.
