   1. Soldiers’ Home Budget Process and Capital Plan
   2. Review of FY23 Trustee Fund Spending Plan/Budget
   3. OIG Audit report dated 8/5/2022 – review of report, recommendations, need for legal clarification between OIG and new state law, and next step action items for the Board.  DVS/EOHHS legal counsel have advised that they will not provide legal support; therefore, Board will need to seek independent counsel or wait until next Administration.  Discuss possible invitation for OIG representative to meet directly with the Finance Committee.
   4. Inventory/Asset Control Plan from CFO – discussion of how facility manages its inventory control plan.  Review of Inventory Control Policy
   5. Inventory of all HSH Vehicles including make, model, year, mileage, grade of condition, purpose of vehicle, gas/electric fuel use, projected replacement year, and projected cost of replacement.  Discussion and review of new state policy relative to electric vehicles
   6. Report from CFO on potential audio equipment replacement for events at HSH – follow-up report from CFO from prior meeting after speaking with Techs
   7. A Donor Appeal for the benefit of the Trustee Fund
   8. Advertising support for HSH about facility turnaround plan and progress made – awaiting recommendation from management on timing and content and how Board can support their efforts.
5. New Business
   1. Review of UBS Fund Performance and Westfield Bank Checking Account balances
   2. A review of any new requests for expenditures from Trustee Fund.
   3. Additional reports back to Finance Committee from CFO for Committee review and discussion
