Overview of Conflict of interest law seminar
Attend a seminar about the requirements under the conflict of interest law for state, county and municipal employees. Some of the topics that will be covered include the rules regarding gifts, outside employment, contracting with public entities, acting on matters in which family members and business associates have a financial interest, leaving government to work for companies which conduct business with the town, county or commonwealth and disclosing appearances of conflicts of interest.
