Overview of Content Conference (ConCon)
The Content Conference (ConCon) is a full-day event for Mass.gov authors and editors. If you attend, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Learn from authors and editors in other government organizations about what’s working
- Share your own Mass.gov success stories so other authors and editors can learn from you
- Collaborate on shared challenges during interactive breakout sessions
We'll be joined by Dana Chisnell, a user researcher and civic designer. She'll be speaking about designing content and services with users' journeys in mind.
We’ll also be offering “open office hours” throughout the day where you’ll be able to ask Digital Services team members any questions you have about the sessions or about working in the CMS.
Coffee and lunch will be provided.
