Public Hearing Notice  Design Public Hearing on the Kelley Square Improvement Project 2/27/19

You are invited to join MassDOT at a Design Public Hearing on the Kelley Square Improvement Project. At this hearing, the project team will present the 25% design plans and gather public comments. The 25% design was developed based on extensive public input received at three public workshops, a public information meeting, and from written comments submitted to the project email address.

MassDOT, in coordination with the City of Worcester, is undertaking the Kelley Square Improvement Project to improve safety and operations within the general Kelley Square area of Worcester. The project will address the safety and operational deficiencies all users face, including pedestrians, bicyclists and motorists, while also supporting the local businesses and residents who call Kelley Square home.
