Overview of DTC’s Consumer Division joins the City of Cambridge to Celebrate National Consumer Protection Week*
The Department of Telecommunications and Cable’s Consumer Division will join the City of Cambridge’s Consumers’ Council for an information-sharing event in recognition of National Consumer Protection Week. DTC staff will be available to answer questions about telecommunications matters and share consumer education materials with residents, including information about available consumer protections for telephone and cable subscribers, the Lifeline Program, the Affordable Connectivity Program, technology transitions, and tips for reducing robocalls and spam text messages.
