Overview
The Department of Telecommunications and Cable’s (DTC) Consumer Division will join the Executive Office of Veterans Services and over 200 local Veterans Service Officers to provide an overview of the Federal Communications Commission’s Lifeline benefit program, including the program’s eligibility requirements, the application/enrollment process and participating Massachusetts providers. Staff will also discuss other available low-cost internet options to help veterans get connected.
