Overview
The Department of Telecommunications and Cable’s (DTC) Consumer Division, in collaboration with the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, will host an information table at the Needham Aging Services annual open house to share various consumer education materials with event attendees, including information about available consumer protections for telephone and cable subscribers, the Lifeline Program, the Affordable Connectivity Program, low-cost internet options and tips for reducing robocalls and spam text messages.
