Overview   of DTC’s Consumer Division joins the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation to participate in the Massachusetts Councils on Aging 2023 Annual Conference

The Department of Telecommunications and Cable’s (DTC) Consumer Division, in collaboration with the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, will host an information table at the Massachusetts Councils on Aging 2023 Annual Conference to share various consumer education materials with event attendees, including information about available consumer protections for telephone and cable subscribers, the Lifeline Program, the Affordable Connectivity Program, low-cost internet options, technology transitions and tips for reducing robocalls and spam text messages.
