DTC’s Consumer Division joins the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation to participate in the Shrewsbury Council on Aging’s Health Fair

The Department of Telecommunications and Cable’s (DTC) Consumer Division, joining with representatives from the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, will host an information table at the Shrewsbury Council on Aging’s Health Fair to share various consumer education materials with event attendees, including information about available consumer protections for telephone and cable subscribers, the Lifeline Program, low-cost internet programs, technology transitions and tips for reducing robocalls and spam text messages.
