Overview   of DTC’s Consumer Division participates in Senate President Spilka’s 55+ Fair: Health and Wellness for Active Agers and Those Who Love Them

The Department of Telecommunications and Cable’s (DTC) Consumer Division will host an informational table at Senate President Karen E. Spilka’s 55+ Fair Senior Health and Wellness Fair to share various consumer education materials with event attendees, including information about available consumer protections for telephone and cable subscribers, the Lifeline Program, the Affordable Connectivity Program, technology transitions, 3G wireless network retirement and tips for reducing robocalls and spam text messages.  Staff will also be available to answer questions about telecommunications and cable matters.
