Overview

The Department of Telecommunications and Cable’s (DTC) Consumer Division will host an information table at the 10th Annual Community Health Worker Conference to share Department related information with event attendees including educational materials detailing consumer protections for telephone and cable services, recent changes to the federal government’s Lifeline Program, telephone scams, technology transitions and other DTC related issues. Staff will also be available to answer questions about telecommunications and cable matters.
