Overview of DTC’s Consumer Division participates in the 2019 Western Massachusetts Homeless & Needy Veterans Stand Down
The Department of Telecommunications and Cable’s (DTC) Consumer Division will host an information table at the 2019 Western Massachusetts Homeless & Needy Veterans Stand Down to share Department related information with event attendees including educational materials detailing consumer protections for telephone and cable services, recent changes to the federal government’s Lifeline Program, telephone scams, technology transitions and other DTC related issues. Staff will also be available to answer questions about telecommunications and cable matters.
