The Department of Telecommunications and Cable’s (DTC) Consumer Division will host an information table at the Greater Boston Stand Down to share various consumer education materials, including information about the Lifeline Program, the Affordable Connectivity Program (“ACP”), and other low-cost internet options designed to help veterans get connected to affordable communications services.  Staff will provide an overview of the application process for both Lifeline and ACP and detail how the Consumer Division can assist veterans who encounter problems enrolling in either program.
