DTC’s Consumer Division participates in the Massachusetts Councils on Aging 2018 Fall Conference

The Department of Telecommunications and Cable’s (DTC) Consumer Division, in conjunction with the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation,  will host an information table at the Massachusetts Councils on Aging 2018 Fall Conference to share Department related information with event attendees including educational materials detailing consumer protections for telephone and cable services, recent changes to the federal government’s Lifeline Program, telephone scams, technology transitions, robocalls and other DTC related issues.  Staff will also be available to answer questions about telecommunications and cable matters.
