Overview   of DTC’s Consumer Division Presents: We Interrupt this Program to Bring You an Important Message about Your Consumer Rights!

The Department of Telecommunications and Cable’s (DTC) Consumer Division will join the residents of Linwood Mill to discuss the different consumer protections available for cable and telephone service, including options available to help reduce the cost of service.  DTC staff will also provide tips to help residents stay connected, including providing an overview of the Lifeline benefit program that connects eligible households to discounted communications services and other low cost internet options that may be available.
