E-Z Telecomm Corporation, Chelsea Massachusetts has petitioned the Commissioner of Banks for permission to operate as a check casher at 682 Broadway, Chelsea, Massachusetts, pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws chapter 169A.  The Division of Banks will hold a public hearing on this petition on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 6:00 PM at the Chelsea Public Library, Auditorium, 569 Broadway, Chelsea, Massachusetts.  Any objections or comments concerning this proposal must be filed with the Division of Banks by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, May 29, 2018.  The petitioner's application and all communications relative to the application are available for public inspection at the Division of Banks, 1000 Washington Street, 10th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts.
