The holidays are right around the corner and shopping scams are on the rise. Do you know how to protect yourself?

Robin Putnam, from the Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, will lead a discussion on seasonal fraud, shopping tips, return policies, defective merchandise, warranties, lost or stolen packages, gift certificates, credit card skimming devices, and identity theft prevention.
