Live Training: Accessible PDF Forms

Overview

Most of the time, a web form will be the most accessible tool for collecting information, but sometimes a PDF form can be appropriate. Come and learn the accessible way to build a form in Adobe Acrobat so users of assistive technology can easily navigate your PDF form.

Note: To register, you will need a free, basic Zoom account associated with your Commonwealth email address. If you do not already have one, sign up for a free Zoom account.

You will also need access to Adobe Acrobat Pro.

If you will need American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation, or live, human-typed captioning (CART), email eotss-access@mass.gov, and please allow two weeks for us to schedule needed personnel.
