Register Now for the DLS Role of the Accountant Webinar

The Division of Local Services (DLS) is excited to host the Role of the Accountant webinar on May 14th at 10am. This webinar will provide an overview of the role and responsibilities of local accountants and highlight the key duties of the accountant, statutory requirements associated with the position, and how other members of the local financial management team must work together with the accountant while carrying out their own functions and to ensure thorough management of municipal finances. DLS staff from the Financial Management Resource Bureau and Bureau of Accounts will be available to answer questions following the presentation. A recording of the webinar will be available on the DLS YouTube channel for those unable to attend the live presentation.
