Overview   of Two Part Webinar: How to Get the Most out of Supervision

Please note that this is a two part webinar on Thursday, January 16 and Friday, February 14, 2020. Note: This is a two-part webinar. Please only register if you can attend BOTH sessions.

Supervision plays a critical role in helping supervisees develop their professional skills, manage workplace difficulties & stresses, and navigate their role and responsibilities. Yet not all supervisees understand its value, purpose, or how to make best use of it.

The CBH Knowledge Center at DMH partnered with the local and national experts on supervision to create a FREE online training and in-person facilitator's guide, titled Getting the Most out of Supervision. This brief online resource details 7 concrete strategies supervises can use immediately to build a more constructive and satisfying supervisory experience.

Join Kelly English from the Children's Behavioral Health Knowledge Center at the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health for this two part webinar that introduces this new online resource.

Webinar attendees will be asked to make a plan to share the resource with others at their organization and then join the group for "Part 2" of the Webinar to discuss how it went.

This webinar is best suited for program managers, supervisors, agency administrators, or others in a management or supervisory role in human service agencies in Massachusetts.
