What you need to request a citation from Governor Healey
Make your request at least 20 business days before the print or event deadline. Requests can be made by online form or mail. Include in your request:
- Your contact information (phone, email, mailing address)
- The date of the event
- The date you wish printed on the citation
- The name of the individual(s) or organization being honored
- The reason for recognition (1-2 sentences maximum)
