How to apply Apply for my Acupuncture License
You may apply online by creating an account on our license management system at medboard.mass.gov, selecting the "Acupuncturist License" card, and clicking on "Start Application".
You will find detailed instructions to guide you through the application process. You will be able to upload signed and notarized documents, and pay the application fee via Credit Card or ACH transfer.
After submittal, you may view the status of your application, and interact with Board staff as needed to complete the licensing process.

Please note that submitting a paper application may lead to SIGNIFICANT additional processing times for the review and approval of your license.
