What you need   for Apply to be a registered consultant to perform duties involving radiation or radioactive materials

To apply, you will need to submit:

  • An Application for Registration of Services, completed and signed
  • A separate sheet that documents your training and experience which qualify you as a Radiation Safety Responsible Individual

The following consulting services are exempt from the registration fee:

  • Only non-ionizing (i.e., EMF, RF, MW etc.) consultation
  • Only Dump Transfer Station response
  • Only Teletherapy / HDR physics consultation
  • Only NIAT response (non-dump calls)
  • Any multiple of the above, only
