    Please Note:

    • If you are a new user, you will need to create an EEA ePLACE Portal account first.
    • When submitting your application online, please attach your EJ Fact Sheet (described in Step 3 above) as a supporting document. Select "Other" as the category and enter "Fact Sheet" in the description.
